    • Architected and operated MultiX, a centralized Growth data platform collecting customer behavior events via Apache Kafka (Amazon MSK) and delivering them to Segment (CDP) and MoEngage — built on Amazon ECS, ksqlDB, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
    • Improved event-processing latency by 80% (2s → 400ms) by profiling and optimizing expression initialization, significantly increasing platform throughput.
    • Designed self-service event-stream infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation, Lambda, and ksqlDB so cross-functional teams autonomously publish tracking events via custom resource mappings.
    • Built a tracking-plan-as-code pipeline (Bitbucket → S3 → SQS → Lambda → Segment API) for version-controlled, schema-validated, rollback-capable schema deployments.
    • Led migration of 14 million customer profiles into the CDP, ensuring identity continuity and data integrity across the cutover.

    • Designed and developed scalable RESTful APIs using Python and Django REST Framework for a production web application serving multiple business workflows.
    • Built a configuration-driven dynamic form system supporting 100+ lenders with distinct business rules, reducing custom development effort.
    • Implemented timezone-aware scheduled jobs to automatically clean up expired deals, improving data accuracy and reducing operational overhead.
    • Led production issue triage and root cause analysis across 5 core services, improving system stability and reducing incident recurrence.
